Pickling and Preserves Volunteer Class
We are turning the tables and giving our lovely volunteers a chance to participate in a cooking lesson! The class will be led by chef and MIH volunteer Amir Ali. Recipes will include how to make a Chilli Pickle, Mixed veg pickle and lemon pickle. Amir will include the health benefits of pickling and why it’s a useful method of preserving food in periods of harvest glut!
