Richmond Volunteer Fair

Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College
Open to the public

This year’s Fair is set to showcase almost 50 local charities and not for profit organisations, all there to help people find the role that best fits their interests, lifestyle and availability. It’s a great chance for individuals to get a taste of some of the wide-ranging and varied support that volunteers provide and plant some inspiration on how to engage and get involved within the community. For example, you could be a befriender, a volunteer driver or an events and marketing assistant. At the Fair, you can browse information, talk to staff and current volunteers and set yourself on the path to a rewarding new role in a range of areas, such as health and wellbeing, young people, environment, advice, older people and families. It’s free to visit and takes place on Thursday 7 June, from 2pm to 6pm, at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College (RHACC), Parkshot, Richmond. For more information and to book free tickets, visit the Richmond Volunteer Fair 2018 Eventbrite page.
